1) Run the Troubleshooter

Step 1: Press the Windows key and S key simultaneously to launch the Search utility. 

Step 2: Go to the search box and then type internet connections. 

Step 3: After that, choose the option of Find and Fix network issues to launch a window. 

Step 4: Select the option of Advanced to view more options. 

Step 5: After that, choose the option of Run as administrator.

Step 6: Now, select the option of Apply repairs automatically. 

Step 7: After that, select next. 

2) Power Cycle your Orbi Network and Computer

Perform the steps given below to power cycle your Orbi router.

Step 1: Firstly, turn off your computer and then disconnect it from the power source. 

Step 2: After that, you need to disconnect the modem and the Orbi router. Now, wait for a while. 

Step 3: Now, connect the modem once again. 

Step 4: Then, restart your modem and then reconnect the router.

3) Factory Reset Your Orbi Router

Step 1: First of all, take a paper clip. 

Step 2: After that, turn on your router device and then press the reset button using the paperclip.

4) Enable Your Network Adapter

Step 1: Go to the Start button and then right-click on it and then click on Run. 

Step 2: Enter ncpa.cpl in the Run box and then select Ok to launch Network connections applet. 

Step 3: If your Orbi router's network adapter is disabled, then right-click on your network adapter to launch the context menu. 

Step 4: Choose the Enabled option. 

Step 5: Start the ipconfig command by pressing enter. Now, you will get a new IP address.
