Step 2: Click on the button of Cancel. Then, you will be allowed to recover the password by entering your router’s serial number. The serial number is given on the router product.

Step 3: Type in the serial number and select Continue. A screen will open up in front of you where you need to give answers to the security questions.

Step 4: Answer all the security questions that you saved when you first logged into the router.

Step 5: Click on the button of Continue. If all the answers that you have given are correct, then you will be able to change the password of your router.
